Who's The One That Holds The Gun (A Poem)

Who's the one
That holds the gun
And brings the winter's snow;
Who hides the sun
And makes to run
Every friend and foe?
Eden's echo
Falls away
While families fall apart;
Guns laid them bare
And left them there
To mend their broken hearts.
Mothers, fathers,
Sons and daughters
All've been whisked away;
The Death bell rings
As violence brings
Another terrible day.
Though we move on
Without a sun
Pretending light is here;
We forgot
What we were taught,
that death should not be feared.
But can you blame
Those who named
The terror of the flash;
Those who weep
Who see the deep
And a breathe feels like a lash.
